School of Management Studies, U.C. College conducted an Induction Programme “SMART START” for 2023-25 Batch Students on 2nd August 2023. The Programme commenced at 10.00 AM. Resource Person for the Programme was Ms. Dini A. P, Sub Inspector of Police, Women Cell, Ernakulam Rural. She gave an indepth Information related to Anti- Ragging Regulations and Measures which are highly relevant in the present scenario. She also cited some of her real life experiences and gave an understanding on the various laws related to the protection of Women.
